Resource Coordinator

A full time, day position at Harbor House Drop-In Center, 130 Genesee Street (at Oak Street), is available immediately. 
Qualifications:

            - Must Bachelor's Level Degree in Rehabilitation, Occupational Therapy, Psychology
               or related field.
            - Must qualify as a peer (current or former customer of mental health or substance
               abuse services).
            - Paid experience in working with individuals with mental health and substance abuse
               conditions preferred.
            - Familiarity with individuals who are homeless and services for the homeless a plus.
            - Must have a valid NYS drivers license and qualify as an approved driver.

The successful candidate will conduct customer intakes, assist customers with resource coordination activities (linking, navigating and advocacy efforts), and work with supported housing customers.
