ECH UNIQUE PROGRAMMING

Advocacy - Often work with counselors, case managers, landlords, SSI, PA, and Public Defenders to support and advocate for customer needs, desires and issues.

Expertise in Housing - Staff are knowledgeable regarding housing resources; types of housing, area landlords, security deposits, housing laws, eviction and homeless services.

Case Management Component - assisting with obtaining and retaining entitlements, food and clothing referrals, can attend court appointments.
